baking

 One thing I want to get into more is baking.  I think it is more fun then cooking because you can get a little more creative with it without messing it up.  Deserts and sweet treats are also more fun to decorate and I just feel so professional when I bake.

I feel like baking is a good creative outlet and you get satisfaction from seeing the finished product, you can also learn patience and trial and error when you make mistakes and learn form them.  

Baking is also handy because its easy to share with friends and family and customize recipes.
